Double Down Construction was officially established in 2021, but our journey in construction began long before that — shaped by more than 15 years of hands-on experience, hard work, and a deep respect for the craft.

After years in commercial construction, our team brought that knowledge into residential work in 2020 by acquiring and renovating distressed properties. These homes often needed more than cosmetic updates — they required vision, problem-solving, and a commitment to doing things the right way. We took pride in restoring homes that had been overlooked, transforming them into functional, well-crafted, and welcoming spaces.

Through this process, we saw the powerful impact that quality construction can have. Turning neglected properties into beautiful, livable homes reinforced our belief that every home deserves care, attention, and craftsmanship. Each renovation strengthened our passion for residential construction and deepened our understanding of what homeowners truly value.
